Brief get-together for check in and announcements: 8PM - ?
Saturday, October 10:
Morning Session: 9 AM to 12 Noon
Break: 12 Noon to 2 PM
Afternoon Session: 2 PM to 5 PM
Sunday, October 11:
Morning Session: 9 AM to 12 Noon
Break: 12 Noon to 2 PM
Afternoon Session: 2 PM to 5 PM
Monday, October 12:
Morning Session: 9 AM to 12
Meals:
Note that the Mercy Center is supplying breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is a self-serve continental style breakfast served in the Sea Scape kitchen. Lunch is the most substantial meal of the day and is served in the Mercy Center dining hall, a short walk from Sea Scape. [Loretta: Is lunch on Monday included this year?] They will deliver dinner to Sea Scape Saturday and Sunday around 5 PM and we agreed to do our own clean up (so that we have more flexibility around when to eat). We'll be setting up a clean up rotation on Friday night.

I will check the contract about lunch on Monday. The list looks great and Yes, I'm interested in wine. You do such an awesome job with it all!
